Refund policy


Thank you for shopping at Retrorg. We are committed to providing high-quality fashion apparel. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and straightforward return process. Please review the following policy to understand your rights and the steps required.

1. Return Period and Conditions
Eligible items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
To qualify for return, the item(s) must meet all of the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unused, and free of odors, stains, or signs of wear;
All original tags (including hangtags and care labels) must remain attached;
Items must be returned in original packaging, including garment bags, boxes, and accessories;
Original order documentation must be included (order details are verified in our system).
⚠️ Note: Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected for return. No exceptions.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival:

Sale or promotional items ("Specials")
Final sale items
Swimwear
Swimwear may only be returned if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. You must include clear photos of the issue when submitting your request.

3. Return for Refund Process
To return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:

Email service@retrorg.com with the subject: “Return Request + Order Number”;
Include in your email:
Your order number
Reason for return
List of returned items (with item IDs)
Preferred refund method (original payment method)
Our customer service will review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions;
Once approved, ship the item(s) back to the designated address within 7 days, and provide a valid tracking number;
After we receive and inspect the return:
Refund to original payment method: Processed within 7–15 business days;
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive any of the following, please contact us immediately:

Items with manufacturing defects or physical damage;
Wrong items (incorrect style, size, or color shipped);
Within 24 hours of delivery, email service@retrorg.com with:

Your order number
Clear photos showing the full item, defect details, labels, and packaging
Description of the issue
We will verify the claim and, if approved:

Process the refund within 3–5 business days after receiving the item.

5. Order Cancellation Policy
Canceled within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund issued;
Canceled after 24 hours but before shipment: Partial refund issued, with a 15% cancellation fee applied;
Orders already shipped: Cancellation requests will not be accepted. You may return the item after delivery under the return policy.

6. Refund Information (if applicable)
Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item;
If you have not received your refund:
Check your or credit card statement;
Contact your card issuer, as processing may take additional time;
If still unresolved, contact our customer service for assistance;
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error);
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
